“I attended the group session with  cacao ceremony. 

Participating in my personal journey to unlock deeper trauma, which I knew to be holding myself from healing my past. 

Deep trauma shows itself in times of stress, yet not knowing quite what it is. Like a cloud on sunny days. An uncomfortable presence within. 

I had no prior experience with breathwork for healing. With Jayson's guidance, I was able to access a blocked truth and process this information into my journey of self-discovery. 

Multiple sessions have the ability to dig up the roots, transforming yourself to the authentic you, without all the debris of the painful past. 

Jayson has a  gift of projecting trust and care, so letting go during the session and delving into your work is available. 

I highly recommend breathwork with Jayson, as the experience is a gift to self. “
